Our first tiny batch of just 850 bottles of Plum Spirit ("Slivovitz"). Our friends at the Palinochka distillery in the Carpathian Mountains of Ukraine have made a wonderful juicy and plummy spirit which is remarkably smooth on the palate. But weighing in at at a hefty 52% alcohol, it's not for the faint hearted! 
 
Enjoy neat as an after dinner eau de vie, or try mixing with cointreau, plum puree and lemon juice in a fruity Slivopolitan. Either way, it's sure to leave a warm glow...
